Chungye-chun trip

The Oxford Day was quite satisfactory. It held in Ihwa Women's University. Dr. Richard R. Day's lecture about extensive reading was inspiring, and Rod Ellis's corrective feedback was a chance to get the whole picture clearly. Moreover, Ken Willson(?), the author of Smart Choice, was so energetic that his dynamic atmosphere carried over the audiences. Dr. Bachman's assessment argument was interesting, but it was not attractive because I prefer practical classroom implications.

In the evening, I met Goora, the cute junior, to accomplish the mission, Chungye-chun sightseening. At first, we intented to enjoy 1 hour hiking of enjoyable sightseeing, but it proved to be a tough and neverending expedition. When we met at the Myongdong, we waited in the underground of Miliore until the rain stopped. We ate Chinese food-jjajangmyun, shirmp fried rice, and dimsum-, and moved to Chungye Squre.

Goora and I watched powerful performance of Twoji (Jeju citrus show) and started our journey. As always, comic jokes continued with his unique show-off. kk.. At first, it was exciting. The harmony of fountain and light was beautiful and little twinking lights on the stepping stones were delightfully sweet. On the way, we came across a rat, duck, and hawk (kestrel). We walk and walk and walk. When we found ourselves in frozen tired and hungry condition, the route didn't seem to end. Blame our poor sense of direction and distance--;; we walked up to the street and headed back for Doota, which was far away.

After arriving Dongdaemoon, we walked into a warm cafe and let our blood circulate to the limbs again with a long sip of hot choco. Our long journey was over at around 10:40.
